The customer order life cycle provides an overview of timelines, schedules, and steps required for the transparent delivery of our product to our clients. This cycle commences with the product order and includes our design process, timeline, and delivery to the client site.

What Is Customer Order Life Cycle

TIMBER FRAME PRODUCT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE PROCESS

ATE - TF COLC -Step 2

STEP 1 - Customer Request

  • Logged on ATE Platform

  • Sales & Design Lead Assigned

ATE - TF COLC -Step 4

STEP 2 - Preliminary Design & Quotation Issued

  • Valid for 4 weeks.

  • Terms and Conditions of sales issued and accepted.

ATE - TF COLC -Step 1

STEP 3 - Order Confirmed by Client

  • 50% of the Deposit to be paid.

  • Delivery Date to be confirmed.

  • Site /details to be confirmed (Eircode, Contract manager, etc.)

ATE - TF COLC -Step 3

STEP 4 - Design Approval

  • Architectural drawing design review and sketch-up.

  • Customer/ Engineer/ Designer/ Architect Design Review & Approval.

ATE TF COLC - Step 5

STEP 5 - Design Freeze

  • Final TF Design with Load Take down report issued.

  • Final Design Approval.

  • Design drawings issued to production.

  • No changes allowed.

ATE - TF COLC - Step 6

STEP 6 - Production

  • Production Schedule Locked.

  • Balance of Payment due two weeks before delivery.

  • Delivery Schedule Locked.

  • Change penalties apply at 5% of order value.

STEP 7 - Trailer Loading

  • 100% Payment completed.

  • Site Readiness confirmed.

ATE - TF COLC - Step 7

STEP 8 - Delivery To Site

  • Laydown Area available.

  • Crane in place.

  • Scaffolding in place.

ATE - TF COLC -Step 9

STEP 9 - On Site Erection

  • ATE Sub-contract Team.

  • Method Statement and Risk Assessment in place.

  • QMS - Site Verification Process.

ATE - TF COLC -Step 1 0

STEP 10 - House Erected On Site

  • Erector Co-ordination with the Site team.

  • Day 1 - Sole Plate & Ground Floor walls.

  • Day 2 - Walls and Floors.

  • Day 3 - Spandrails & 2nd Floor.

  • Day 4 - Roof Trusses and snags.

From Enquiry to Design freeze (min 5 weeks)

Trusses & Posi Joist Product Timeline from Design Freeze to Delivery on Site = 2 weeks (10 working days) 100% Payment prior to delivery to site.

5% Penalty for changes after Design Freeze (in either the Schedule or the Design)

Dispatch & Delivery on the same day in Ireland.

UK delivery is 7 days after the dispatch date.
